ReelTrack Media

You fly in for three days. We are already on the floor.

ReelTrack Media is a New York studio that works the city's business conferences from October to June. Your booth, your talk, your team on the floor, captured by a crew that knows the building and delivered within 48 hours, while the people you met still remember you.

Who we work with at a show

Five people in the same building for three days, each with something to capture.

Exhibitors.

The booth conversations, the demo, the founder in front of the product, the people who stopped. A highlight film in your hands within 48 hours, while the leads are still warm.

Speakers.

Your talk captured from the room, cut into short vertical clips and one longer piece for LinkedIn, delivered while the audience still remembers it.

Sponsors.

The activation covered end to end, so the report to your own leadership shows what the sponsorship bought.

Organizers.

Official coverage, session capture and sponsor deliverables from one crew that already knows the building.

Attending companies.

The team photographed on the floor, or a founder portrait against the show, before the doors open or between sessions.

Four ways to book

Named for what you get and when you get it.

Event Day Plus.

A crew day on the floor. Booth conversations, the demo, the founder in front of the product, the audience that stopped. An edited highlight within 48 hours.

The Speaker Cut.

One talk, captured from the room or from the organizer's feed, cut to three vertical clips and one two-minute piece. Delivered within 48 hours.

The Booth Team.

The booth team photographed on the floor before doors open. One setup, everyone through in minutes, ready for the company page and that week's posts.

The Show Pack.

Three days, all of the above, for one exhibitor. The first cut goes out the same day, because the first cut is what the second day's visitors have already seen.

Every deliverable is cut for the feed and for the website in the same pass, so the follow-up email, the LinkedIn post and the recap page all go out from one show.

How a show day works

Booked weeks out. Delivered the same day.

01

Before.

Tell us the show, the dates and what you are bringing. We handle the access: the press credential or the exhibitor-appointed contractor registration, the certificate of insurance filed on the venue's schedule, and the floor rules at Javits, the Penn District and the Marquis. You do not learn the building; we already know it.

02

On the floor.

The team photographed before doors open. The booth, the demo and the conversations through the day. The talk captured from the room. The first cut delivered the same evening, so it is posted before the second day starts.

03

After.

The finished set within 48 hours: the highlight, the vertical clips, the photographs, sized for LinkedIn, the website and the report to whoever approved the booth. Usage rights stated plainly and in writing before the show.

Selected work

From the floor.

Booth films, speaker cuts and team photographs from New York shows.

Tell us which show, and what you are bringing.

Bring the show, the dates, your role there and what you want to walk away with. We will send back a plan for the days and what you have in hand when. Crew calendars for a show close four weeks out.
