What cultural institutions face

You make culture. We amplify it.

ReelTrack Media is a New York creative production studio for theaters, festivals, performing arts nonprofits, and the people who help them reach audiences. We work across film, photography, audio, and post.

Performing arts organizations create more in a single season than any small team can document on its own. The performances happen. The community programs run. The fundraising lands. The institutional milestones come and go. And the work that defines the institution keeps moving forward, faster than the people charged with telling its story can keep up.

You already know the shape of it. The annual campaign goes out without the film it needed. The gala happens without the footage your board hoped for. The interview that could have anchored next year's appeal never gets edited. The season ends, and the next one starts from scratch.

This is not a staffing problem. It is the gap between what your institution makes and what a small team can capture. Cultural institutions deserve a media practice that runs at the pace of the season, not at the pace of whoever happened to be free that week.

How we work with cultural institutions

Capture the season. Shape the story. Keep it working.

01

Document

The work gets captured on its feet. Rehearsals, performances, artist conversations, behind-the-scenes labor, institutional milestones. Shot with future use already in mind.

02

Extend

What was captured gets shaped into media that travels. Campaign videos, donor films, social cutdowns, press assets, web content. One creative direction running across every format.

03

Amplify

Closing night is the beginning, not the end. Asset libraries, season recaps, year-end packages, historical documentation. Each season makes the next one easier to tell.

What we make

Four disciplines, working as one.

A campaign rarely needs one format. It needs moving image, still image, sound, and a clear plan for where every asset will live. Your institution does not need to stitch multiple vendors together to get one coherent story.

Film

Brand films, season trailers, artist features, archival capture, donor stories, social cutdowns. The first way most audiences meet the work.

Photography

Performance and rehearsal photography, campaign stills, portraits, headshots, out-of-home imagery, institutional documentation. The visual language of a season.

Audio

Interview capture, live event audio, voiceover, podcast support, archival audio. Sound treated as its own discipline, never an add-on.

Post-Production

Editing across long-form, short-form, and social. Color, sound design, captioning, platform delivery, archival organization. Where raw footage becomes useful communication.

The Endurance Model

RTM & Co. A creative partnership built to endure the season.

Project-by-project production keeps institutions starting over. Every new engagement brings a new vendor, a new brief, a new explanation of who you are and what you are trying to build. The work fragments. The archive scatters.

A partnership ends that cycle. Your institution gets a creative team that truly gets to know you and learns to anticipate your needs. Each shoot informs the next. Each season builds on the one before it. Marketing, fundraising, press, audience growth, and archive sit under a single plan, on a single calendar, with a single point of contact.

Three formats are available, scaled to what your season actually needs. A focused partnership for a focused season. A full-season creative partnership across multiple formats. A deep institutional partnership for organizations building toward a new venue, a multi-year campaign, or a season-defining production.

Two new RTM & Co. partnership slots open each season. The next round is currently open for institutions planning their next year of work. Application starts with a 20-minute call.

Before and after

What it looks like when your work starts working for you.

The next campaign opens with a hero asset already shot, already approved, already cut for every platform you need.

The next donor email goes out with a short film attached, made from footage of the program the donor funded.

The next grant cycle closes with documentation already in place. The board sees the work. The funders see the work. The audience sees the work, all season long.

Each year the library grows. The story across seasons becomes legible. The institution stops starting from scratch. You can show where you started and where you are going.

Kevin works across sound and still image with the attention to detail that turns a competent shoot into a memorable one. His audio and photography work has supported campaigns for Bank of America and Audible, and he contributed to an award-winning series. On location, he is as comfortable behind a still camera as he is behind a boom, making sure the voices that carry the story are heard clearly and the moments that anchor a campaign are framed right.

Five principles.

Capture what matters.

Cameras pointed at activity is not the same as catching the moment. We look for what carries meaning, context, and future use.

Think beyond the shoot.

A strong asset serves more than one channel. We think about where the work will live before we make it.

Build continuity.

The longer we work with a client, the more useful we get. Context compounds.

Respect the room.

Live performance, active job sites, busy offices, full schedules. We show up ready and stay out of the way until we are needed.

Make the archive useful.

An archive is not storage. It is future marketing, future fundraising, future memory, future proof.

Small studio. Trusted network.

ReelTrack is built around a senior core team. When a project needs more crew, specialty skills, or expanded capacity, collaborators we trust come in and work under one creative vision. Clients get a clear point of contact, a consistent creative standard, and the flexibility to scale when the work requires it.
